Innovated especially for aviation, Softlon LHR and Softlon LFP, produced in rolls from polyolefin, is 20 percent lighter than traditional foams – and it complies with aviation requirements for heat release, vertical burn, smoke density, and toxic gas emission.

Softlon LHR and Softlon LFP can be thermoformed to achieve the intricate fit required by certain applications. Combining high performance with low flame propagation and soft-touch cushioning, Softlon LHR and Softlon LFP meets OSU65/65 for interior applications, and it’s equally at home in passengers’ personal spaces and in aircraft’s public areas.
